Plucking a star ✨ Toronto’s Michelin-starred Alo Restaurant
New life experience unlocked: Setting an alarm a month in advance to snag a reservation! This season’s tasting menu (see P2) features Japanese-French fusion, blending the freshness of Japanese cuisine with the depth of French techniques—harmonious and delicious. A couple of dishes were slightly salty, but no major flaws. Would 100% go back! 🤤 💰 Tasting Menu: $225 per person Default main: Lamb chop (I don’t eat lamb, so I paid +$80 to upgrade to A5 Wagyu). With wine, tax, and tip, it came to ~$400 per person. 📍 Alo Restaurant 163 Spadina Ave., Toronto, ON M5V 2L6 Next goal: Praying I score a table at Edulis next time. 🙏 #TorontoLife #TorontoFineDining #TorontoEats #MichelinStar #TorontoMichelin
