Portola Music Festival 2025 Guide: Festival Map, Set Times, Lineup, Transportation, And More

Portola debuted in 2022, and in just a few years, it’s already become a popular festival, drawing thousands of San Franciscans each year. The 2025 festival is this weekend, Saturday, September 20, and Sunday, September 21 . This year’s lineup includes major headliners like LCD Soundsystem, Christina Aguilera, and The Chemical Brothers. Portola Festival Map -------------------- Portola is at Pier 80, with four main stages across the pier. Check out the festival map below to help you plan your day in advance. Food and drinks, water stations, and the restrooms are all marked on the map. The warehouse will have its own food stations and restrooms. Portola Set Times ----------------- Organizers for the festival have already released set times, and you can expect the first artists to take the stage at 1:30 pm each day. Doors for the festival will open at 1 pm, and the last set will end by 11 pm each night. Transportation -------------- There’s no parking available at the pier, so we recommend taking public transportation or a ride share to the festival. The main entrance is located at 900 Marin St, and ticket holders will have access to a free shuttle that runs between the festival and the 24th Street Mission BART station . The shuttle will run between 12:30 pm and 11:30 pm both days. The shuttle loading zone will be at Valencia St. & 24th St. What to expect at the festival ------------------------------ Along with multiple stages, the festival will have plenty of food options available, including Poke, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Bodega SF, Noodle Boys, and more. During the festival, you can also expect cocktails from Bar Gemini and The Felix . Portola is 21+, so be sure to have your ID with you. We recommend downloading the Portola app and having your passes loaded before entering the festival. While the weather has been warm in San Francisco lately, the pier can be cold and windy at night, so we recommend bringing extra layers.
