Portugal | From Lisbon to Sintra, the coastline is stunning!

🌟Sintra is a town to the west of Lisbon, famous for the Pena Palace and Cape Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe, where “the road ends and the sea begins.” 🌟Originally, we planned to visit these places on two separate days, one near Pena Palace and one at Cape Roca. However, we ended up joining a one-day tour that combined both. 🌟Tour itinerary: Lisbon to Sintra coastline ➡️ Boca do Inferno ➡️ Cape Roca ➡️ Adraga Beach ➡️ Pena Palace ➡️ Exploring and eating in Sintra town 🌟Cost: €35 per person, excluding admission fees 🌟Personally, I found it very worthwhile; the coastline is incredibly beautiful. 🌟Cape Roca had such strong winds, it felt like it could blow you away. We had a simple meal at a small restaurant on Adraga Beach, and the fish soup was delicious! There was fog on the day we visited, and Pena Palace looked like a haunted house in the mist 😂. For Pena Palace, book tickets in advance during peak season, and you can buy them on the spot in low season. The Lisbon Pass offers a 10% discount. 🌟Lastly, the queijadas (a type of tart) in Sintra are very tasty, and they have a drink called Ginja, served in a chocolate cup, which you eat along with the cup. #WinterTravelCollection #CoastlineCrossing #TheSeaAtTheEndOfTheWorld #LisbonTravel #PortugalTravel
