Portugal | Lisbon Food Recommendations‼️
Lisbon has SO much delicious food—it’s impossible to try everything! Below are some places I visited during my trip, and almost none were disappointments! Feel free to check them out with confidence!! All were walk-ins—no reservations needed! 💰💳 All recommended restaurants accept card payments, so no need to carry cash~ Lisboa Tu e Eu 2 🌟🌟🌟🌟 This Google 4.7⭐ restaurant is tiny and doesn’t take reservations, so you might have to wait (but it’s quick!). They serve traditional Portuguese dishes. Apart from Codfish “a Brás”, the other two were daily specials. I highly recommend the Codfish “a Brás”—salted cod and potatoes shredded and stir-fried. So fragrant and delicious! Uma 🌟🌟🌟⭐️ Online reviews are mixed, but I personally enjoyed it! The seafood rice (arroz de marisco) was rich and comforting. The only downside was that the rice turned mushy toward the end, blending into the broth, but it was still tasty! The Tentacle Salad was refreshing and appetizing. Definitely worth a try~ Taverna Alfacinha 🌟🌟🌟 Another seafood rice spot near Uma! Their rice had a better texture (al dente), but the flavor was milder. After trying both, I still prefer Uma’s version. The Prawns with Garlic were decent. Service was great, though, and the menu had way more options! If you want variety beyond seafood rice, this is a good choice. But if you’re just craving seafood rice, Uma wins. Altar 🌟🌟🌟⭐️ Stumbled upon this gem! They specialize in Portuguese dishes cooked over a wood fire. The vibe was cozy, and the staff were super friendly. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious—I especially loved the Oven-Roasted Lamb with rice. Perfection💯! The sardines were also tender and fresh. Cervejaria Ramiro 🌟🌟🌟🌟 A legendary seafood spot!! Totally worth the hype. The tiger prawns were HUGE, fresh, and sweet with a bouncy texture. Even the bread and butter were amazing! Pretty much everything we tried was a hit—just go for it. Shrimp lovers will be in heaven here🤤. Of course, Lisbon has tons of other great restaurants, so explore based on your preferences! Wishing you a fantastic trip with lots of delicious eats~ #HiddenGemRestaurants #LisbonTravel #FoodieLife #LisbonEats #LisbonFoodGuide #Portugal #Lisbon #FoodieApproved
