📍 408 S 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19147 The spring tasting menu had 25 small dishes, plus anniversary dessert, post-meal chocolates, and take-home cookies — 28 in total! 💰 $225 per person (without drinks) + 20% tip. 👍🏻 Highlights: The salad — tangy, complex, and absolutely addictive! 🥗💚 Hirame (flounder) — my partner’s favorite 🐟❤️. Soufflé — perfectly moist inside, just the right shape 👌🍮. 🤨 Not-so-great: One fish dish was too salty, and the lettuce with mint wasn’t my thing 🌿😕. Both soups were just okay 🥣. Booked for 8:30 PM, but first bite came at 9 PM… finished around 11:45 PM — long, tiring, and chilly (bring a jacket! 🧥).
