Provenance Philly | Korean-French Fine Dining 🍴✨

Philly’s Michelin map is finally getting some love this year — and I’d bet $100 Provenance will be on it. 💰 $225 per person (before tax & tip) We ordered 3 glasses of rosé + 1 cocktail — final total for two: $653. 🍽️ 11 courses — left absolutely stuffed. Haven’t had a fine dining meal this generous in a while. ✅ Almost no major misses across the tasting. Korean-French fusion isn’t new, but as a loyal fan of classic French and Japanese-French cuisine, I’ve always been skeptical of Korean food (no offense — just feel Korean cuisine doesn’t always showcase premium ingredients well). I especially dislike kimchi and overly sweet-sour flavors. At Provenance, the French foundation remains strong, yet Korean touches are integrated thoughtfully (though yes, I still didn’t love the kimchi elements 😅). 👅 My palate’s picky — I’ve left many NYC Michelin-starred spots shaking my head (especially some trendy Korean-influenced ones lately…). But Provenance delivered on experience, ambiance, flavor, and balance — definitely worth a visit 👍🏻. #PhillyEats #FineDining #MichelinWorthy #KoreanFrenchFusion #ProvenancePhilly #TastingMenu
