I basically didn't have to wait much in line! 🎢🍃 The trick is to avoid peak meal times—it really makes a huge difference! 🌟 Roppongi: Iruca Tokyo Roppongi Tuesday, 14:09 – Waited for 18 minutes. Their specialty is a blend of four ingredients: chicken, pork, shrimp, and shellfish. 🎢🍃 The broth comes in two versions: porcini soy sauce and yuzu salt. Special Porcini Soy Sauce Ramen ¥2000 Special Scallops Yuzu Salt Ramen ¥2000 Overloaded Scallion Egg Yolk Char Siu Rice ¥350 🎢🍃 This place is recommended by Michelin and is also one of the top 100 ramen shops on Tabelog. The porcini soy sauce broth really impressed me. If you usually like truffle, you'll definitely love it. The toppings in the ramen are all top-notch, with no filler. The scallops are super fresh.
