Ramen Review in Las Vegas – Yelp’s 4+ Star Picks! 🍜✨
📍 8 East – A restaurant on the second floor of Circus Hotel. Tried it based on online recommendations. 🍜 Ramen: The only ramen on the menu—not your typical Japanese style; it tastes more like Taiwanese/Chinese clear beef noodle soup. Strong star anise flavor. The veggies were raw, but the beef was tender and delicious! ⭐️⭐️✨ 2.8/5 🐔 Popcorn Chicken Skin: Major letdown 💣 Tasted like over-fried Popeyes scraps—dry and hard. Avoid it! 🐷 Pork Belly Bao: The pork was cut into small pieces, a bit dry and tough, but the overall flavor was okay. ⭐️⭐️✨ 2.8/5 🍵 Asian Tiramisu: Nothing special, but not bad either—neither exciting nor disappointing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 Verdict: Not a must-visit, but reasonably priced—not a tourist trap. Since I didn’t get real Japanese ramen there, I ordered delivery the next night—and it was a game-changer! 🚀 📍 Shokku Ramen – Absolutely incredible! Ordered the Shinigami Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen—both were fantastic! 🧄 Shinigami Ramen: Black garlic flavor—rich, bold, and a bit oily, but incredibly delicious! Perfect late-night hotel meal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 🐷 Tonkotsu Ramen: Classic white broth—lighter than the black garlic one, but still full of flavor! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 After eating, I found out this spot has over 2,000 Yelp reviews with a 4.2-star rating! 🌟 Next time, I’m definitely dining in—highly recommend!!
