Seoul Salon NYC The Soy Scallop with Gim Rice was simply amazing! đ The large scallops, seasoned with soy sauce, paired perfectly with the seaweed rice. Each bite was irresistible, and I couldn't stop eating! The green light drink was also delightful, with a low alcohol content that made it super refreshing. đ Eyval (Persian Cuisine) The Green Tahini Salad was a standout. đż The dates had a crunchy texture, almost like red bean paste, and the combination with fruits and sesame seeds created a refreshing and magical flavor. The Lamb Ribs were also delicious, topped with walnuts and dried fruits that perfectly balanced the richness of the lamb. đ Corima (Fusion Mexican Cuisine) This restaurant, which opened in January, was a delightful surprise! đ We didn't get a tasting menu, so we went Ă la carte. With a welcome coupon ($100 off for every $200 spent), my friend and I almost tried everything on the menu, and it was all delicious!
