Recommend This Hunan Noodle to You 🍜

🥣 Hunan Noodle 📍 3636 Prince St #102, Flushing, NY, 11354 This place serves very authentic Hunan noodles! I highly recommend the following dishes: Spicy Chicken Offal, Pepper-fried Pork, and the new Spicy Intestine Noodles. 🎢 I didn’t recommend the Sour Bean and Minced Pork Noodles because there’s a whole section of sour beans and minced pork in the self-serve area, and you can add as much as you want! 🌸 You can also add extra peanuts, chopped chili peppers, pickles, and sauerkraut. It feels just like eating noodles in Changsha—so authentic and cozy! I was pleasantly surprised that they generously added stir-fried sour beans and minced pork to our noodles. I love it! ❤️ 🌊 They also offer a variety of braised dishes and small steamed bowls, like glutinous rice balls, preserved vegetable with pork, and pork ribs. These are perfect for a single serving, with each small bowl averaging $5. It’s more than enough to taste a variety of flavors. They also have stir-fried dishes that I haven’t tried yet, but if you do, let me know! 🍲 🍃 Plus, not only are the toppings unlimited, but the noodles themselves can be refilled as many times as you want. I just have to say, what a great business! 👏 #NewYork 🗽🌟
