Recommended Brussels Michelin-Starred Restaurant Da Mimmo
🌟This Michelin-starred restaurant is located in the suburbs of Brussels, with the specific address provided below. Our seats had a perfect view of the chefs delicately plating the dishes in the kitchen. 🌟Ambiance: The restaurant is not very large, with fewer than 10 tables in total, but there are about four or five servers who seem to anticipate your needs without any need for visual cues. The service is impeccable. Since it was my birthday, the restaurant even helped to order flowers, and they added a candle to the dessert. 🌟Menu: There are two types of courses, one with five dishes featuring beef as the main course, and the other with six dishes featuring lamb. Due to a skin inflammation, I opted for the beef option. The truffle pasta was delicious, and having a whole truffle shaved into the bowl was fantastic. The beef was also tasty, albeit a bit small. The desserts were a bit too tart for my liking, felt like I was diving into a pool of lemon juice. The servers would occasionally ask if we wanted bread, and I must say, the bread was delicious. Each dish was paired with a type of wine, white with the appetizer, red with the main course, and champagne with the dessert. They were all enjoyable; the entire set might leave you slightly tipsy, which is why I ended up skipping the last glass of champagne. 🌟Price: It’s about 200 euros per person. The six-course meal is 20 euros more expensive than the five-course meal per person, so the difference isn’t significant. #BelgiumRestaurant #BelgiumCheckIn #BelgiumDiningDiscovery #BelgiumCuisine #Belgium #MustEatInBelgium #BrusselsFoodAndFun #BrusselsDiningDiscovery #BrusselsCuisineRecommendation #BrusselsDateNightRecommendation #Brussels #BrusselsCuisine
