Recommended Philadelphia Restaurant: Little Water
🌟Initially, I planned to visit My Loup, but the long queue was discouraging. While wandering nearby, I stumbled upon a charming restaurant with a great vibe and decided to give it a shot without any prior research. Surprisingly, it turned out to be a fantastic choice, like hitting the jackpot! We arrived late and only had bar seating available. On the bright side, we got to watch the entire process of preparing their signature dishes up close. 1️⃣ Tuna: Everyone must try this! The combination of Piquillo peppers, shiso leaves, and black olives is simply perfect. There's no greasiness or fishy taste that you might associate with raw fish. It's the kind of dish you'd want to eat every day if it were available right at your doorstep! 2️⃣ Shrimp and Oyster Platter: The seafood platter is practically a must-order, with almost everyone getting one. The combination of shrimp cocktail and oysters is highly recommended. While sitting at the bar, I saw at least 30 servings being prepared and served. 🌟The oysters come with a homemade red sauce served in a dropper bottle (hoping this doesn't trigger any lab-related PTSD for my friends in wet labs). The shrimp cocktail features a classic horseradish sauce that's clearly freshly grated, with the juice blending perfectly with the smoky tomato sauce, creating just the right amount of spiciness. This has definitely raised my expectations for shrimp cocktails everywhere. #RestaurantRecommendation #HiddenGem #FrenchCuisine
