An absolute Michelin candidate! 🌟 Le Pincemin—I’ve heard it’s run by the champion chef from the European Culinary Championships. Since we were staying near Versailles, we decided to walk in on a whim. We arrived at 7:30 PM, and thankfully, there was a table for two right next to the kitchen; everything else was fully booked! For dinner, there are three menu options: €95, €145, and €185. The appetizers are the same for all, but the main courses vary with choices of fish, lobster, or Japanese wagyu beef. We opted for the €95 menu, and the five courses were quite filling! 🍽️ There’s also a lunch option available for €65 during the day. The dishes are as shown in the photos. Since I don’t eat raw fish, I had the tuna swapped for beef. The main courses included fish and duck breast, and the best part of every dish was the sauce, which was perfectly paired. The main dessert was an apricot tiramisu, which was just okay—slightly tangy. 🍑 The service was very warm and welcoming. In terms of flavor, it’s definitely not any less than a Michelin one-star experience. It feels like it’s just a matter of time before they earn a star! However, the portions are quite large; I could barely finish the second main course. #ParisFoodExploration #MichelinRestaurant #MichelinRecommendation #Versailles #VersaillesPalaceRestaurant #ParisRestaurants
