Recommended Spanish Restaurant in the Center of Madrid
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Description: A red-themed decor boutique, exuding a strong Spanish vibe from the outside with red wooden windows and doors. Upon entering, you’re greeted by a bar; the owner will ask if you’re here for drinks or a meal. For dining, head to the area on the right with tablecloths (red checkered, full of local charm). If you’re just having drinks, the left area is for you (even if no waiter asks, just look for the tablecloths to find your seat - very functional). 🍽️🌟We dined on the right side, in a not-so-large side hall, with a warm yellow ceiling light that created an elegant and enchanting atmosphere. The walls are covered with bullfighting-related information and pictures, along with biographies of bullfighters. It’s like stepping back in time. 🍽️🌟We ordered cheese balls (various flavors, incredibly authentic, so delicious we forgot to take photos), mixed salad (a huge plate, very generous portions, a small serving is enough for several people to share), pan-fried salmon (crispy outside, tender inside, comes with some salad, one dish is enough for a single person), and stewed oxtail (super soft and tender, melts in the mouth, definitely worth a try). 🍽️🌟Anyway, whether it’s the ambiance or the taste, it’s worth experiencing. Located in a small alley in the city center, it’s an easy walk from the square! #Spain #SpainTravel #SpainTravelGuide #SpainLife
