Recommending a Serendipitous French Bistro in Paris!
⭐ The best foie gras I've had in France One evening, I had the rare opportunity to visit the Natural History Museum to see dinosaur fossils. Afterward, it was getting late and I was unsure about where to eat. I randomly tapped on the map and found this place nearby with a 4.7 rating (it turns out that places with ratings above 4.5 on the map seem to be quite good). I headed to the restaurant and arrived 10 minutes before opening. The owner let me sit down while he continued to enjoy a drink with his staff. ⭐ As it was almost time for dinner, the waiter asked me what I wanted to eat. He brought over two blackboards and placed them in front of my table. I ordered a serving of foie gras and a serving of snails. The snails seemed to be similar in every restaurant, but the foie gras was pan-fried to perfection! It melted in my mouth. The taste was enhanced by what might have been a jam or something equally enchanting. Even the accompanying fried potato slices were very fragrant. ⭐ For the appetizer, I want to order a snail cream soup mentioned in a post, but they didn't have it that day. However, the few posts I found all spoke highly of this restaurant, so I wholeheartedly recommend it~ #ParisOlympics #Paris #ParisFood #ParisParalympics #HiddenGemRestaurant #FrenchCuisine #RestaurantRecommendation #RestaurantIWouldGoAgain #AtmosphereRestaurant
