Taking advantage of Restaurant Week to dine at Ci Siamo, even Saturday lunch is included, and there are plenty of seats available for walk-ins. 🎢 The overall menu is very thoughtful, featuring dishes not usually found on their regular menu. It’s a great deal at $45 for two courses. 🌟Not everyone needs to order from the Restaurant Week menu. We ordered two Restaurant Week sets and also picked some dishes from the regular menu. Appetizers: 🌊 Foccacia, a classic appetizer with a delightful aroma of bread and olive oil. The accompanying sauce has a rich tomato fragrance, spiced with chili for flavor rather than heat. 🍃Stewed vegetables, Ciamotta, with a robust flavor profile, featuring strong notes of tomato and cheese. Fried squid, light and refreshing, dusted with seasoning powder that adds a fragrant touch without the need for dipping sauce. 🌸 Main Courses: 🌟Arctic Char, with crispy skin and tender, flavorful meat. The rich spices, especially the thyme, enhance the taste. The accompanying pickled red peppers are a great match, cutting through the richness. 🍃Roasted Lamb, Spideni, has a chewy texture but is very flavorful. The seasoning is slightly too sweet for my taste. Stracci, a classic dish of rabbit pappardelle, with a rich cheese flavor and large, tender pieces of rabbit. The wide noodles are perfect for soaking up the flavors, making it a delicious and aromatic dish. #NewYork 🌃🌟
