Restaurant Week Italian Feast at Bristro Romano

The CCD Philadelphia Restaurant Week menu 🄩 at Bristro Romano is amazing. This is a place I’d definitely revisit even after Restaurant Week is over. šŸ„— Appetizers Beef Carpaccio: Thin slices of raw beef, served with lettuce 🄬, tomatoes šŸ…, and some sauce. The flavor is fantastic and not like the typical Italian prosciutto—perfect for those with Asian palates! Quattro Formaggi Arancini: Three rice balls šŸ–, served with some greens. The outside is crispy while the inside is soft and chewy. Caesar Salad: A classic you’ll find in almost any French or Italian restaurant, and it’s pretty standard here. 🄘 Main Course Oxtail Risotto: This is hands down the best stir-fried rice dish in Philly. It’s fragrant and creamy, with not too much meat but a very flavorful sauce. Goat Cheese Ravioli: Italian cheese dumplings—hilariously good! šŸ® Desserts Italian Chocolate Gelato: Chocolate ice cream. Mini Cannoli Trio: Mini cream-filled pastry rolls. Pistachio Tiramisu: A very American-style tiramisu. The desserts were pretty average, but the appetizers and the oxtail risotto were truly impressive. The restaurant’s decor is very retro, with an interrogation room/jailhouse vibe. #PhillyRestaurants #PhillyFood #Penn
