Restaurants that you must try
L'Osteria Di Giovanni A random 4.7-star Tuscan restaurant I found on Google Maps. We walked in without a reservation (though I still recommend making one because the place was completely full when we arrived, and we had to wait about 10 minutes at the bar).❤️❤️❤️ Summary: The wine was delicious, and every dish we ordered was amazing. Even the complimentary bread was super tasty. Appetizers: We started with octopus legs and soup. Both were fantastic.😍😍😍 Main Courses: We had rabbit (which was incredibly aromatic and had no off-flavors at all) and another meat dish that I can't remember, but it was delicious. Maybe it tasted so good because we're from the UK and hadn't had a proper meal in a while. Pasta: We ordered two pasta dishes. The mushroom, potato, and black truffle pasta was particularly good.😻😻😻 Dessert: Make sure to order dessert. The special that day was a lemon cheesecake, which was not at all greasy. And the tiramisu is a must-try! (I have an allergy to vegetable shortening, so I asked before ordering, and the staff said, "We don't do that vegan stuff.")😀😀😀 We left completely satisfied, and they even gave us some digestif and little biscuits as a gift. Even the biscuits were delicious! #Florence #FlorenceRestaurant #FlorenceFoodie #Tuscany
