Highlights: 🎉 First course was a pleasant surprise — creative and refreshing! 🍵 Chawanmushi (savory egg custard) and the sushi progression were also favorites — clean, delicate, and well-balanced. The rest of the dishes were solidly executed, though not particularly memorable for me. Most reviews I’ve seen are highly positive, and a close friend strongly recommended it — so sushi lovers should definitely give it a try!
