Revisit to Via Locusta in Rittenhouse, Philadelphia 🍽️✨

Second time at Via Locusta, still here for their amazing Branzino — and it didn’t disappoint! The skin was perfectly crispy, the fish tender and moist. A must-order! The Pork Porterhouse was also a pleasant surprise — thick, juicy, and full of flavor, with a delicious sauce that complemented it well. 🍰 Dessert was fantastic! Tried it during Sunday brunch — so good! As for appetizers: 🐟 Red Snapper Crudo was just okay — not as flavorful as the version from Vita 🚪, a bit underwhelming. 🥦 Honey Crispy Cauliflower was a standout! Lightly fried, crispy outside, tender inside with a hint of sweetness — perfect starter. 🍝 We also had a pasta (forgot the name) recommended by the server — solid but not mind-blowing. 🍹 Cocktails: The first cocktail on the menu was super refreshing (citrusy and bright) — perfect for summer! We also tried the Espresso Martini — two versions: Smoke-infused – Unique, with deeper layers of flavor. Classic vodka – Smooth and reliable. Overall, Via Locusta remains a solid choice — main dishes are consistently great, cocktails are creative, and I’ll definitely be back to try more pastas and desserts! #ViaLocusta #PhillyFood #PhillyEats #FoodExploration #Branzino #PastaLove #CocktailLover 🥂
