You can choose to have it dry-mixed or as a soup noodle, or even with rice 🍚. After much deliberation, I ordered the sour and spicy chicken giblets mixed noodles, which completely won me over with their rich, fragrant, and smooth flavors, very flavorful～ My friend's stir-fried yellow beef was particularly tender! The meat is sliced in large pieces and has a nice wok-fried aroma. For the mixed noodles, I highly recommend adding sour beans and a soft-boiled egg! Soup noodles go especially well with a poached egg. 🍘 Hunan-style fried tofu is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and it even has soup inside!
