Rice noodle restruant in New York--Silky Kitchen

—————— 🍜 There are 16 kinds of toppings/sauces/seasonings for the rice noodles, such as stir-fried pork, sour and spicy pig's trotters, sour and spicy fish slices, and smoked bamboo shoots with meat, which are all particularly appealing to me. You can choose to have it dry-mixed or as a soup noodle, or even with rice 🍚. After much deliberation, I ordered the sour and spicy chicken giblets mixed noodles, which completely won me over with their rich, fragrant, and smooth flavors, very flavorful~ My friend's stir-fried yellow beef was particularly tender! The meat is sliced in large pieces and has a nice wok-fried aroma. For the mixed noodles, I highly recommend adding sour beans and a soft-boiled egg! Soup noodles go especially well with a poached egg. 🍘 Hunan-style fried tofu is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and it even has soup inside! If you haven't tried it, you must give it a try. 🍡 The brown sugar cake is warm, soft, and sticky, and it's sprinkled with fragrant sesame seeds on top. 🥟 For the pan-fried dumplings, I prefer the three-delicacy flavor, where you can taste the shrimp meat. —————— 💛 Silky Kitchen 📍138 W 46th St, New York, NY 10036 #Silky Kitchen#New York#food diary#rice noodle
