Here are a few worth trying, with ๐Ÿ‘ being my personal recommendation. ๐Ÿ— Crispy Chicken with Mayonnaise Sauce ๐Ÿ‘ Fried chicken with mayonnaise sauce, served on top of fried breadcrumbs. This combination is a double crunch, and the seasoning is just right. ๐Ÿฆ Butter Garlic Shrimp: I've ordered this for takeout before, and it seems like the sauce has been slightly adjusted this time, not as heavy but still creamy. ๐Ÿ” Signature Goose Liver Burger โœ… The goose liver is their signature. The rich flavor of the liver combined with mashed potatoes and a patty creates a rich texture and taste. However, I think the bread could be improved. ๐Ÿฅฉ Goose Liver + Steak ๐Ÿ‘ I recommend the steak to be cooked medium-rare! It's just right, tender! The goose liver melts in your mouth, and the fat pairs well with the mashed potatoes for a satisfying bite. ๐Ÿฎ Grilled Beef Bone Marrow + Sirloin Steak Rice ๐Ÿ‘ The steak is also recommended to be medium-rare. I usually don't like beef marrow because it's a bit greasy, but it balances well when mixed with the rice.
