Rio Adventure đâïž
Iâd always heard about Brazilâs stunning landscapes and warm culture. As someone who absolutely despises winter, I make it a tradition to escape the cold every Christmas. đ Christ the Redeemer Of course, the first spot everyone mentions is Christ the Redeemer. I initially thought it would be just a quick photo stop, but Brazilâs natural beauty is so captivating that I didnât want to leave once I got to the top. You can reach the summit by bus or by train â I chose the train. Those taking a taxi can set their destination to Cristo Redentor Van Service. đ Sugarloaf Mountain Sugarloaf Mountain is another iconic attraction besides Christ the Redeemer. The cable car ride has two segments, each offering breathtaking views. At the summit, the glass staircase extending outward is perfect for photos. I visited on a foggy, overcast day, and the dreamy, hazy photos turned out amazing. For taxi riders, the location is Parque Bondinho PĂŁo de AçĂșcar. đ Pedra da GĂĄvea Beyond the cityâs famous spots, there are plenty of incredible places to explore in the suburbs. I joined a tour for this one through Airbnb because it involves a somewhat steep rock climb. The guide was highly experienced and also great at taking photos! đ Parque das RuĂnas A highly recommended hidden gem â this cultural center is housed in a renovated historic building. It hosts exhibitions, and from the top, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of Rio. Itâs not too crowded, making it perfect for photos. There were also people playing music and dancing downstairs, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Itâs located near the SelarĂłn Steps. #Christ the Redeemer#Sugarloaf Mountain#Pedra da GĂĄvea#Parque das RuĂnas#brazil#travel guide#Rio de Janeiro
