It’s pure comfort and happiness. ✨Landmark - Christ the Redeemer (Cristo Redentor, Monte Corcovado) 🥰The iconic statue of Christ is visible from almost everywhere in Rio — no introduction needed! You can take a scenic train directly to the summit. ✨Hiking - Sugarloaf Mountain (Pão de Açúcar) 🥰Yes, besides taking the cable car, you can also climb it! I found a local guide on Airbnb — it took about half a day, starting with a coastal trail and ending with a rope-assisted climb to the top. The views and experience were unique — highly recommended! ✨Paragliding - Pedra Bonita 🥰Another must-try experience! I signed up directly with a tour agency at the foot of Christ the Redeemer (you can also book online). A van took us to the summit (around 500m above sea level), and a professional instructor guided the flight. We landed at São Conrado Beach. Soaring above the coastline was absolutely incredible! ✨Beaches - Copacabana / Ipanema / Leblon 🥰Rio is never short of beaches — they stretch endlessly along the coast. Copacabana is more crowded, while Ipanema and Leblon are quieter, cleaner, and safer (they’re upscale neighborhoods). Perfect for relaxing! ✨Surfing - Pedra do Arpoador 🥰A famous surf spot right next to Ipanema Beach. There are plenty of instructors and rental shops along the shore — very convenient for beginners.
