Roast Beef with Scallions 🥩 and Grilled Sea Bass with Havana Sauce 🐟
Overall, it was pretty good and quite a pleasant surprise. We three ate for a total of 147€ 💶 The first dish was garlic black tiger prawns 🦐 Didn’t taste much garlic, but there was a hint of wine, and the meat was very good, tender and bouncy, with a delicious sauce. Then, the restaurant served bread, which was amazing dipped in the prawn sauce. Orange-flavored white wine 🍸 This was recommended by them. I ordered a glass, and it had a nutty aftertaste, with a rich and layered flavor. Grilled sea bass 🐟 The sea bass was a real surprise. It was crispy on the outside and tender inside. The highlight was the sauce, which had a slight tangy taste at first bite, but then a rich egg yolk flavor emerged. Drizzled over the fish, it was delicious and very unique! Highly recommended. Roast beef with bone marrow and scallions The quality of the steak speaks for itself, crispy outside and tender inside. Paired with a spoonful of rich bone marrow, the flavors of oil and meat are very full-bodied. A must-try! They’re also famous for their oysters, which we didn’t order.
