🔹 A restaurant near the Colosseum, I made a special trip to eat at this Google-rated 4.7 restaurant. Arriving 20 minutes early, there were already over ten customers waiting ahead of us. 🔸 We ordered the signature dishes: 【Tagliolini Gamberoni* E Pomodorini/ Tomato Shrimp Pasta 🦐】 The freshly made pasta was very moist, with the perfect texture that was neither too soft nor too hard. The thickness of the pasta was just right! The tomato sauce had a moderate level of sourness and saltiness, paired with the bouncy shrimp meat, it was irresistible. This pasta dish is very appealing to the taste buds of 🇨🇳 people. The ingredients are simple and transparent, but they manage to make simple ingredients taste exceptionally delicious. 【Fettuccine Al Ragu Bolognese/ Italian Meat Sauce Pasta】 It has the familiar taste of a typical pasta sauce, with a rich and dense sauce. This type of pasta is a slightly thick flat noodle that is somewhat dry, but it's also very delicious! 🔹 Personally, I prefer the first dish, and I wanted to order another serving after finishing it! However, both dishes are delicious, with familiar flavors, but they take the taste and texture to the next level. After traveling in Italy for more than ten days, the only thing I can't stop thinking about is this restaurant. 🔸 The tiramisu was just average; I have to have some dessert after a meal 🍮. 🔹 The menu is scanned via QR code, with pictures for easy reference. Place your order at the counter first, then wait for your number to be called. Actually, there's no need to remember the names of the dishes, I just show the cashier the pictures. 🔸 The store is very small, with only about a dozen seats. There will be staff at the door leading you to your seat one by one. The operating hours are very short, and the first time I went, it was almost closing time, and there was a long queue, so I gave up. With over 4k reviews on Google Maps, and many foreign faces in line! It's a hidden gem of a restaurant. 🔹 Super cheap! The pasta prices range from 10-12 euros, and there's even one for 7 euros, can you believe it? I'm truly in love with the cost of living in Europe. 🔸 Honestly, standing at the door for 20 minutes waiting for it to open was tough. Rome in the summer is scorching hot and sunny, and I was feeling unwell from a fever before eating.
