Buttered toast topped with warm shredded beef shoulder and drizzled with bone marrow. Layers of flavor — not overly salty, more sweet and tangy — not greasy at all and so fragrant. Cut into four pieces, perfect for sharing. 🥐 Clover Roll – Looks like a simple dinner roll but with a salty kick and sweet whipped butter. The sweet-salty combo is addictive. $9 for a big portion — must try. 🥩 Beef Wellington – Their signature dish.
