Went to Palm Springs for some French food – and I came specifically for the soufflé! This place is all about romance and elegance. Though it’s a bit pricey, the atmosphere is totally worth it. 💖 Restaurant: Le Vallauris Restaurant 📍Address: 385 W Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA 92262 Must-Try Dishes: 🐌 Escargot – Served hot and fragrant. A must-order! 🦌 Venison – The daily special. Perfectly seared and full of flavor. 🍴 Scallops & Steak – Tender and delicious, though lightly seasoned (very French and healthy-style!). Scandinavian Plate – A mix of sashimi, quail eggs, and fish roe. Light and perfect as an appetizer. Cocktails 🍸 – I’d skip them. Mine was way too sweet! Apple Dessert – Surprisingly delicious – a sweet ending to the meal! 💎 Caviar is available for $100+ – we didn’t try it this time.
