Rotorua turned out to be the most fascinating stop on our North Island trip! Packed with unique experiences, this geothermal wonderland is a must-visit. Here's how we conquered it in 2 days: 🌋 Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland Surreal landscapes: Rainbow-colored hot springs, bubbling mud pools, and steaming vents (hold your nose!). Missed the geyser show, but the 1.5hr walk through Route 2 was mind-blowing (and nose-numbing 🤧). 🐑 Agrodome Farm Tour Sheep shearing show + hilarious audience participation (E-people, sit front row!). Farm safari: Fed photogenic sheep 🐏 + honey tasting (not Manuka, but delicious!). 🚠 Skyline Rotorua Gondola up, Luge down! The mountain coaster was a thrill with epic lake views. Pro tip: Book the twilight slot for sunset panoramas! ♨️ Polynesian Spa $30 public pools: Soaked under stars ✨—ultimate recharge after hiking volcanoes!
