Cadillac BBQ – in my heart, it’s the top of the line for American BBQ in São Paulo! 📍Address: R. Borges de Figueiredo, 60 - Mooca Great news for those near the city center! This place is super conveniently located, and there’s a parking lot right next door – no need to worry about parking if you drive~🚗 You can blindly order appetizers without missing a beat! We got two flavors of tacos, 40 reais for 3 pieces – amazing value: BRISKET TACO: Classic shredded beef with cream sauce and shredded lettuce, tender and refreshing in one bite; PORK TACO: Shredded pork with caramelized onions + spicy mayo, the slight spiciness is super appetizing! Both tacos are safe to order without any mistakes~ And SWEET CORN cheese sweet corn🌽! 28 reais for 2 ears – I really rarely see whole grilled sweet corn in Brazilian restaurants! The corn is super juicy, sweet when you bite into it, and topped with secret sauce and cheese, so delicious you’ll lick your fingers – I’ll definitely come back for this corn! WESTERN BEAN SALAD signature salad🥗 is also worth mentioning! 40 reais a portion – every restaurant has salad, but not many have salad with Feijão (Brazilian beans). It’s fresh and chewy, perfect for cutting through the richness~ The main courses are even more amazing! COMBO BARBECUE BBQ platter💰110 reais: It includes 4 different meats, 4 side dishes, and pickles. The classic smoky flavor of American BBQ is just right, the beef is tender and falls off the bone, and the accompanying mac and cheese is so fragrant it’s addictive – cheese really is power!🧀 COSTELA BOVINA beef ribs💰130 reais: I used to always have pork ribs with BBQ sauce, but my first bite of beef ribs here made me a fan! The meat is cooked until tender, looks fatty but melts in your mouth – even friends who don’t eat fat can handle it~ The roasted pumpkin on the side is the cherry on top, super refreshing! The restaurant has an overall American rugged style, even the plates are stainless steel – super atmospheric~ There’s also half outdoor seating; if the weather is cool and not raining, sit outside, enjoy the breeze and munch on BBQ – it’s awesome! Compared to Brazilian churrasco, American BBQ focuses on fully cooked meat, so it’s more reassuring to eat~ The five of us only spent 480 reais, around 100 reais per person – great value!
