São Paulo, Brazil 🇧🇷 | A Super Stylish Italian Western Restaurant

Paparoto Cucina was founded by the first - generation Master Chef, Dayse Paparoto 👩🍳. The first branch is located within the buildings surrounding Shopping JK Iguatemi. The environment is spacious and modern, decorated with plants and dim lighting, making it very photogenic 📸. The menu offers a variety of fresh Italian pastas, risottos, meats, and seafood... Almost none of the dishes from appetizers to main courses are disappointing. The warm toast in the basket of toast and bread 🥖🍞 for the appetizer is amazing! I love it so much that I want to steal the recipe, haha 😄. The main courses are generally a bit on the salty side, but I really love their Italian pastas (handmade, chewy, just right - I prefer thick noodles) 😋: Pappardelle c/ ragú de cordeiro (lamb tagliatelle), Fettucine Al Mare (seafood fettuccine), and Lasanha c/ ragú de ling. (sausage lasagna) are all my recommendations. For thin noodles, you can order them with lamb, which tastes like Chinese noodles but is on the salty side. If you want to eat meat 🥩, the beef Wellington is highly recommended! The meat is cooked to perfection, wrapped in a crispy layer of pastry that looks like fried noodles and is shaped like a flower 🌸; it is topped with mushroom cream sauce... I haven't tried the risottos and seafood, so who are interested can give them a try and share your reviews 🥹. The desserts here are full of creativity, truly showcasing the chef's extreme creativity, such as tiramisu with a marshmallow tree and chocolate potted plants 🌿. However, they are all on the sweet side, typical of Western tastes. There are a variety of drinks to choose from, including cocktails 🍸, red wines 🍷, and pure spirits, everything is available. ✨ In addition to ordering a la carte, the restaurant offers a 6 - course menu, where the chef 👩🍳 decides the dishes from appetizers to main courses and desserts. 🔸 It is best to make a reservation before going; 🔸 The restaurant has multiple dining spaces. It is not particularly quiet, but it has a great atmosphere 🌟; 🔸 The average consumption is R$250 - 500 reais; #ItalianCuisine #TreasureRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendations #Food #SaoPauloBrazil #SaoPauloRestaurantHunt #BrazilianFood
