Our Order & Review: Okra and Mint Ox Tongue Appetizer The combination of flavors was quite intriguing (I’m not a big fan of ox tongue, so I asked the staff for chili peppers 🌶️, and the pairing turned out surprisingly delicious 😋!). Brioche Bread + Foie Gras and Eel Absolutely amazing 😍! One bite delivers a burst of rich filling that melts in your mouth 🥐→💥→👅. Main Dish: Duck Leg Highly recommended 🦆! I personally think it’s much more flavorful than French-style duck legs. Although it has a slight gamey taste, it’s truly delicious 😋. Aged Beef The restaurant offers a slow-cooked aged beef dish that takes 1 hour to prepare ⏳. If you want to order it, make sure to place your order in advance to avoid long waits ⏰→🍖. Desserts Matcha Cake: Rich and intense matcha flavor 🍵→🎂. Other options include strawberry cream 🍓→🍰, ice cream 🍦, etc. Beverage Menu: In addition to wine 🍷, the cocktail list offers many choices. You can listen to the staff’s recommendations and give them a try 👩💼→🍹.
