São Paulo Burger | Holy Burger🍔
It's said to be the 5th best burger in the world! It has also won quite a few awards big and small. I have a friend who is absolutely obsessed with burgers, so the moment I came across this shop, I immediately made plans to come and check it out with them😉 We came really in a hurry and didn't make a reservation at all. As a result, we waited in line for over an hour at the spot before finally getting a table🤦♀️ The shop isn't big; there aren't many people dining inside, but the queue outside is so long that it wraps around half the block. So friends who want to go must make a reservation❗️Otherwise, you'll really end up waiting till you cry~ My friends were super in sync and all ordered the most expensive one on the menu, Pony Line——it uses 45-day aged beef, and there's a thick layer of sweet sauce spread on the patty. The patty is so thick; take a bite and the juice "squirts" out right away. I took a small bite, and this sweet sauce really suits my taste😋 I ordered The Same Old Blue, which has smoked mushrooms, bacon, beef, and a hint of black truffle sauce. I recommend this burger more! The texture layers are super rich; you can taste different flavors with each bite, and the ingredients are generous too. Taking a bite full of ingredients is so satisfying👍 For drinks, most of us ordered the yuzu lemon tea, but we couldn't taste even a bit of yuzu at all. It's just ordinary sour lemon tea, a bit of a letdown😅 In comparison, I'd recommend their ginger lemon tea more. It tastes good, and the ginger flavor is light and not overpowering, so it's quite refreshing to drink. Actually, I'm not that into burgers, so I didn't taste what's so special about its "5th in the world" title——maybe I had too high expectations for it at the beginning. It's not that it's not tasty, but to me, it's similar to the burgers at Madero or Outback. Even the French fries are not as good as the freshly fried ones at Burger King or McDonald's. It feels like its reputation is greater than its actual quality😐 The average cost per person is about 100. We all ordered the most expensive burgers this time (85 each), so the per capita cost is higher. There are also many affordable burgers on the menu, and maybe their taste is not much different~ #SãoPauloBrazil #DailyFood #Burger #FoodExploration
