Sacramento|Kin Thai Street Eatery · Thai Comfort on the Way to Tahoe
Originally planned to eat Guilin rice noodles on the way to Tahoe, but they closed at 8 PM… A quick search led us to this Thai spot—we rushed in right before their 9 PM closing and unexpectedly struck gold! 🌶️ Green Curry The star of the meal! Mildly spicy, creamy with well-balanced coconut and herbs—one of the best green curries I’ve had. Highly recommend! 🥚 Egg Wrap Pad Thai First time seeing Pad Thai wrapped in an egg sheet. Moist texture, no spice options but not spicy at all—worth a try for something different. 🦀 Crab Fried Rice Generous chunks of crab meat, seasoning is standard but solid—a reliable fried rice. 🐄 Ga Prao (Basil Stir-fry) A bit underwhelming—meat was tough and flavors weren’t bold enough. Skip this one. 💡 If you’re heading to Tahoe or just in Sacramento looking for late-night Thai, this place is worth a visit—especially for that green curry. It might even bring you back. 📍 Kin Thai Street Eatery #Tahoe #Sacramento #SacramentoEats #ThaiFood #RoadTripEats #LateNightBites #FoodFind
