Saint-Malo 🏖️🏴☠️ The Pirate City Weather ☀️ & Outfit 👚 The weather was perfect during our visit—mid-September, not too crowded, and the beach was photogenic without swarms of people! 📸 The coastal wind is strong, but sunny spots stay warm. Pro tip: Wear a windbreaker over your cute outfit for both style and comfort! 🤗 Transportation 🚄 We took the TER train—seats were random since these routes are usually less crowded. The train was super comfy (and double-decker!), with luggage racks at a convenient height (no tiptoeing needed!). Dog-Friendly Paradise 🐶 Of course, there were tons of dogs at the sights—but all well-behaved and friendly! The wide-open beaches are a paradise for pups too. We even saw dogs swimming and hopping between rocks freely! Pirate History 🏴☠️ Saint-Malo was once a pirate stronghold, and you can still spot old abandoned ships 🚢 around the harbor—so cool! Food Adventures 🍽️ 🍕 Lunch at a unique pizza spot (wish I remembered the name! 😅). The tables had vinyl record decorations (not for serving food, just vibes). We shared two large pizzas—perfect portion! 🍦 Gelato time! Most shops charge €4 per scoop (a bit pricier than Mont Saint-Michel’s €3), but worth it! Order & pay first, get a token, then pick flavors. I went for chocolate-hazelnut—tasted just like Ferrero Rocher! 🌰✨ Souvenirs & Photos 📷 🌅 Postcard hunting! Found beautiful ones for €0.6-1.3—I prefer landscape prints, while my friend chose square ones.
