Saint Petersburg Hidden Gems: Sunset & Night Route by Metro + Bus! 🌇

This season in Saint Petersburg feels like a dream~ Warm under the sun, with just a gentle cool breeze at night—perfect for exploring!🎉 During my deep dive into the city, I discovered a super chill route: Metro Line 3 + Bus No. 10 loop. You’ll reach the shores of the Gulf of Finland and pass by iconic landscapes. I went at dusk, but it’s great during the day too!😀 🌅 Stop 1: Take Metro Line 3 to the final station—Begovaya. Walk to Lakhta Center, home to Europe’s tallest skyscraper 🏙️! The tower stands above a 300-year-old seaside park—an ideal sunset spot. 🌆 Stop 2: After Lakhta, take the metro back one stop to Zenit. Exit to a spacious sports park by the sea 🏟️. Here, you’ll see bridges, Lakhta Center, and the stadium—all under the magical blue hour (which lasts almost an hour!). 🚶♀️ Stop 3: Stroll along the coast to the starting point of Bus No. 10—Krestovskiy Ostrov. There are even lounge chairs by the water—so relaxing! 🌃 Stop 4: Hop on Bus No. 10 to Palace Square (near Nevsky Prospect). You’ll cross rivers twice, pass Vasilievsky Island and the Palace Bridge, and see countless iconic views. Daytime rides are also recommended! 📍 Navigation: Use Yandex Maps (detailed but sometimes glitchy). Have Baidu Maps or Google Maps as backup. 🚌 Transport Card: Buy a metro card (reloadable or unlimited 1/2/3/5-day pass). It works on buses too! #TravelEditor #SaintPetersburg #RussiaTravel #StudyAbroadTravel #SPBguide #SunsetSPB #HiddenGems #BudgetTravel #UrbanExploration
