Sakurajima Day Trip πŸŒ‹

I thought the Sakurajima day trip was pretty good, so I'm sharing it here. πŸŽ’πŸƒ Take the Kagoshima City bus to the aquarium stop, then head straight to the dock and board the ferry to Sakurajima. The ride usually takes about 20 minutes. There's no need to buy tickets before boarding; just pay when you get off, 250 yen per person for a one-way trip. 🚀 πŸŽ’πŸƒ After getting off the ferry, the weather was scorching hot, so I opted for the Sakurajima Island sightseeing bus tour, which cost 500 yen per person. 🚌 πŸŽ’πŸƒIn my opinion, the best viewpoint is the Akamizu Observation Plaza. Although the most famous spot is the Yumotodai Lookout, it's too close to the volcano, and the ash might be too much, which doesn't provide the best view. The Akamizu Observation Plaza offers stunning scenery with few people, making it perfect for taking great photos. πŸŽ’πŸƒ It reminds me of the Pacific Coast Highway. πŸŒ… The udon noodles on the ferry are worth trying. At 1100 yen per bowl, they taste great and offer good value for money. 🍜 πŸŽ’πŸƒ #Kagoshima 🌟
