Saladday coffee(1)
Tokyo Akihabara☕️Craftsman Coffee Shop with High Scores for Self-Roasting and Pour-Over 🌇🌟 A ten-minute walk from JR Akihabara will bring you to a gem-blue house with floor-to-ceiling wooden doors, where you'll find Saladday Coffee, run by Miyamura, a former baker. "Salad days" is an expression often used by Shakespeare, meaning the time of youth, a period when people are often passionate, idealistic, naive, and straightforward. 🌇🌟 The entire shop is indeed a place with a strong personal touch from the owner, with a bit of the rigor of a traditional Japanese craftsman's store. The seats are placed next to the roaster, and in the sofa area, the owner plays his favorite music. (I looked it up and found that in modern contexts, "craftsman" can refer to someone who specializes in a particular skill.) 🌇🌟 When Miyamura saw me, he asked if I had any preferred flavors. I said I wanted a fresh fruity aroma and was rewarded with a Mandheling brewed in his unique style. #Tokyo 🌇🌟
