Saladday Coffee (1)🍃☕️
Located between Asakusa Bridge and Akihabara, closer to the latter. When we entered the shop, Mr. Miyamura was roasting beans, and a tray of carefully selected green beans was placed right next to our seats. 🎢🍃The diligent hum of the roaster somewhat interfered with our attempts to order in Japanese. In a mix of halting English and Japanese, we managed to order two cups of medium-dark roasted Brazilian and Panamanian beans. Seated on the sofa next to the roaster, we somewhat awkwardly watched the entire brewing process. 🎢🍃 The barista's movements were efficient, swift, and precise, with a focused demeanor. The smooth rhythm of the wrist movement while pouring water revealed true skill. 🎢🍃We could tell that this no-nonsense master might have been a bit annoyed by our fumbling order earlier. But as soon as the two cups of freshly brewed coffee reached our lips, all previous discomforts were swallowed away. 🌟 #Tokyo 🌇 #SaladdayCoffee 🍃
