🌮 Huge Portions & Great Value! 【Rad Iguana】On the way back, we randomly found this Mexican spot with nearly 10k reviews and a 4.6 rating. Packed during meal times—clearly a local favorite! We got a number, chilled in the car for about 10 minutes, and it was our turn. Absolutely delicious! Salt Lake City folks, you’re living the good life! Used random Chinese names to match the pics—everything was blind-ordered. Except for a soup-dipped tortilla my friend got (forgot the name, had a strong weird cinnamon taste), everything else was incredibly, incredibly tasty! 👍🏻 ​​Killer Nachos​​ – Ultimate Nacho Mountain Four of us ate until half-full, and this plate barely looked touched. It has everything you’d want Mexican-style, even grilled meat! Huge portion and super flavorful. The guac was just as good as what I had in Cancun. 👍🏻 ​​Puntas De Filete A La Norteña​​ – Beef Bacon Stew A menu highlight! Loaded with steak chunks, bacon, peppers, and more in a rich sauce. The flavor was unique—hints of curry + pasta sauce with other spices. Perfect for mixing with rice or wrapping in tortillas. 👍🏻 ​​Encebollado​​ – Mexican-Style Griddle Steak My personal favorite! The steak was cooked perfectly—not underdone like some American styles, yet still juicy. Topped with a slightly spicy and tangy onion sauce. 👌🏻 ​​Fajitas​​ – Sizzling Meat Platter Came with veggies and a stack of tortillas. So aromatic—way better than any fajitas I’ve had in other cities. Every dish was massive—we took three boxes home.
