๐ฃ Salt Lake Cityโs Stunning Omakase Experience โ Itto Sushi!
Who knew you could find such amazing Omakase in Salt Lake City! The chef is also the owner โ the menu lists 15 courses, but he often adds a couple extra depending on the vibe. We ended up trying 17 courses! Each one was incredibly fresh and delicious ๐. My favorites were the uni (sea urchin) and toro (fatty tuna) โ the uni was sweet and briny, and the toro simply melted in your mouth. The chef noticed I loved uni and added extra uni toppings on several dishes โ such a generous touch! ๐ I also heard this is the only place in Utah where you can try bluefin tuna โ firm, tender, and packed with flavor. Absolutely loved it!
