Salt Lake City|A Feast for the Eyes & Palate ✨🍽️

Tucked away in a quiet corner of downtown SLC, this place stays packed even on weeknights—so popular that snagging a table is a challenge! It’s been open for over a year, but many still haven’t discovered it… so let me be your guide 😉 Starters: 🦪 Oysters – Just okay. SLC has better oyster options elsewhere. 🦞 Main Lobster Salad A classic pairing of lobster with Américaine sauce—a rich reduction made from lobster stock, shallots, white wine, and tomato. The lobster was springy, cucumber added crunch, and spicy sesame crisps brought playful texture. Lightly tangy and subtly spicy—perfectly appetite-whetting. 🏆 Peekytoe Crab Ravioli 🦀 Similar vibe to the lobster salad—bright, acidic, and spicy in a refined way. Soft ravioli paired with crispy fried calabrese sausage for contrast. Delicious! Mains: 🐟 Wild-caught Halibut Cooked perfectly—tender and moist, with lemon zest and sweet pea purée. A standout. ❌ Lamb Porterhouse Tough and dry, sadly. The pickled ramps and mint pesto were interesting but couldn’t save it. ❌ Pork Chop Milanese Not bad, but you could get equally good schnitzel elsewhere for a quarter of the price. (Note to self: Milanese = Schnitzel 😅) Desserts: 🍰 Ice Box Cake & Banana Cream Pie – Both overly sweet. Skip ’em. 💰 ~$100 per person 🏠 Atmosphere: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🅿️ Parking: Valet or garage available. 📍 Urban Hill 510 S 300 W #100, Salt Lake City, UT 84101 #FoodReview #SaltLakeCity #FineDining #SLCFood #UrbanHill #DateNight #FoodieDiary
