Tabbouleh salad is refreshing and appetizing 🥒🍋, the pickled cabbage is sweet and tangy, and I add a serving of rich Middle Eastern meatballs (Kafta) 🍡. Mixed with hummus, every bite offers a different flavor. It includes both pita and rice—carbs are on the higher side, but the overall nutrition is well-balanced 🥙⚖️. Zaatar Roasted Veggie Bowl Loaded with roasted veggies 🥕🍆, and the tahini sesame sauce is delicious. But by the end, my jaw was tired from chewing all the roasted carrots and Brussels sprouts 😅—very filling! The portion is huge, and too many veggies can get a bit monotonous.
