The space is divided into two sections: one near the grill where you can enjoy the aroma of sizzling skewers 🍢🔥, and the other with bar seating, long tables, and window spots offering a brighter, airier vibe. The music is rhythmic and upbeat—perfect for enjoying skewers and cocktails while soaking in Salt Lake’s easygoing energy 🎶🍸. Favorite Dishes: • Oden: Not your traditional oden—this version has a mildly spicy broth with fish cakes, konjac noodles, beef chunks, soft-boiled egg, daikon, and kimchi balls 🥘🍢. Each ingredient soaks up the broth beautifully. The beef is tender, and the egg is flawlessly soft-boiled with a subtle sweetness. A warm, comforting bowl! • Yakitori: The skewers are delicious with a sweet glaze 🍯. The beef skewers feature large, juicy chunks of meat; the chicken thigh skewers are moist and well-cooked; and the chicken skin is crispy, fragrant, and not overly fatty—so good! • Cocktails: Extensive drink menu featuring signature cocktails, sake, and beer 🍹🍺.
