Salt Lake City Beef Noodles 🍜 – Come for a Bowl, Just One Bowl!

Located in Chinatown, this noodle shop specializes in hand-pulled noodles with a wide variety of options. From pig trotters 🐖, pickled mustard greens with pork intestine, spare ribs, to beef noodles—they have it all! The cucumber salad is pretty good with a strong sesame oil flavor. 🥒✨ The husband-and-wife sliced beef dish is made with real ingredients and served on a plate the size of your palm! 👫🥩 We ordered three bowls of braised beef noodles—I didn’t try them. One pig trotter noodle soup: plain boiled noodles in a light broth with pig trotters. 🐷🍜 I got the spicy beef shank noodles—plain noodles but seriously numbingly spicy ! 🌶️🔥 It was so spicy it made my head spin and my mouth burn. I only managed to eat the beef shank, and my lips were swollen for a long time after. 👍 Truly authentic numbingly spicy! Come for a bowl—really, just one bowl is enough! 😅💦 We went at 11 AM, and it was already quite busy.
