Salt Lake City Food 😋
🔹 Copper Onion ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Escargot – Tasty but a bit oily 🐌 Wagyu Bone Marrow – Generous portion, rich (a bit greasy), but balanced with sides 5-Spice Duck Breast – Duck was good, orange sauce unique. Rice was too hard and oily. Cacio e Pepe – Onion and shredded cheese made it nice, though a bit basic Wagyu Beef Stroganoff – Decent, mushroom pasta lovers might enjoy, but not as amazing as online hype suggested Overall: Good, but average compared to similar restaurants. ~$60 per person. Nice ambiance, but long wait—reservations recommended! 🔹 Avenues Proper ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Avenues Burger + Arugula Salad – Tomato and beef combo was nice, but still pretty basic 😄 Chicken Waffle – Sweet and unique, yet again… basic vibes haha Note: Brunch ends at 11:30 AM—we missed it and had lunch instead. ~$20 per person. 🔹 Eva ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This one felt far from basic—delicious and creative! Togarashi Fried Chicken – The porridge-style sauce was uniquely seasoned 🍗 Oink Oink Oink – Amazing spice blend that complemented the pork belly perfectly 🐷 Spinach & Potato Gnocchi – Melts in your mouth, broth had a creamy mushroom soup vibe 🥟 Eva’s Steak – Slightly tangy and spicy, with a charred edge—surprisingly delicious! Eva was my favorite of the three—every dish felt inventive, especially the sides and sauces. Good value at ~$35–40 per person.
