๐ Salt Lake City Ramen | Koyote Ramen โจ
Tried Koyote Ramen in SLC recently โ and it was a delicious surprise! ๐ฅข Tantan Ramen The broth was rich and flavorful, though a bit on the salty side for me. Noodles had a great chew โ I personally prefer softer noodles, but still a solid 8/10! ๐ฅข Classic Ramen Strong tonkotsu flavor โ a bit too pork-forward for my taste. Noodles were also firm and springy. A 7/10. ๐ฎ Purin (Caramel Pudding) Caramel had a slight bitterness โ not too sweet. 7/10 ๐ต Ube Matcha Latte Highly recommend! The ube and matcha blended beautifully โ not overly sweet. The interior is beautifully decorated with a cozy Japanese vibe โ especially lovely at night (sorry, forgot to take pics ๐ข). Went around 8 PM on a Friday โ busy but only waited about 10 minutes. โ Verdict: Definitely recommend, especially if you love rich, bold ramen! ๐ Update โ Second Visit Tried some new items: Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles) โ Too salty Hamburg Steak Rice Bowl โ Also too salty Miso Soup โ Salty as well Lettuce Wrap with Pork Belly โ Pork belly came out cold and the fat was unpleasantly chewy. Asked to heat it up โ better, but not great. Seasoning is DIY, so you can control the saltiness. Avoid these dishes ๐ฃ #SaltLakeCityEats #SLCRamen #SLCFood #RamenLovers ๐ฅข๐
