While dining near the River Walk in San Antonio, I noticed plenty of unique spots along the river — but with rain pouring down ☔, we chose this biscuit-focused restaurant with over 2,000 Google reviews and a 4.6-star rating ⭐. I ordered the Biscuit Chicken Sandwich to see how a place named after biscuits compared to others 🍔. My family tried the Nashville Madame, which comes on toast with chicken tenders. The fried chicken was decent, but the biscuit… well, it was still a biscuit — maybe a bit richer in flavor, but the texture just isn’t my thing 😅.
