San Antonio｜Lured by the Cup, but the Sandwich Stole the Show

Came out for boba today 🧋 — Candy Cloud! 🍓 Strawberry Matcha Latte The matcha flavor was pretty mild, with just a hint of bitter aftertaste — not as strong as Starbucks'. The strawberry sweetness and tartness were also subtle. Overall, kind of bland — not a fan 😕. 🥭 Mangonade A Mexican-style mango slushie? Tasted like a regular mango slush to me — not very rich in mango flavor. I chose the blended version (you can also get it with regular ice). The sweetness isn't adjustable, so it’s on the sweet side. They say the mango syrup is made in-house… hmm, it was just okay. Probably won’t get it again. 🌟 Unexpected Highlight: The Sandwich! 🥪 Egg + bacon + hash brown combo — so good! The bread was soft, the hash brown crispy, and everything went together perfectly. Didn’t expect much, but it ended up being the best part of the day 😋. 🪞 Ambiance is very Instagrammable with fairy lights, but the lighting isn’t great for photos 📸. Not many seats, mostly two-person tables, and it was pretty crowded and noisy — more suited for a quick drink than a long chat. After boba, popped into Ulta across the street and found some cute Disney clips 🎀!
