San Antonio|The New Office Lunch Favorite

One of my coworkers' top picks for office lunch — B&B Smokehouse. Ever since we found this place, we’ve pretty much stopped going to Bill Miller’s 😄. 📍 Basic Info Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM They have a Drive-through around the back of the building — super convenient during busy lunch hours! 🍽️ Ordering process: Line up → Order → Get a number (on your cup & receipt) → Grab a seat → Fill your drink → Listen for your number → Pick up your meal 🍗 Mains: • Sausage Po’boy (Wednesday special) – Strong pepper flavor, a little spicy with BBQ sauce. Pretty tasty — medium recommendation 🌭👌. • Chicken – Tender and juicy! Not as amazing as Outpost’s, but still really good. Recommend! • Brisket Po’boy – Tried it once, liked it better than the sausage version. Definitely getting this next time 😋. • Stuffed Potato – A colleague’s go-to — she loves it! 🥔 • BBQ Ribs – A bit tough and bland. Not really recommended 😅. 🥗 Sides (You can swap fries for any other side with your meal. Sides alone: $3.99) • Cream Corn – I thought the corn was a bit tough and too sweet/rich, but out of six people, five loved it 🤷‍♀️. Voted most recommended side! • Mashed Potatoes – My personal favorite! Made with red potatoes, mixed with bell peppers, pickles, and celery — fresh and light. Highly recommend! • Fries – Crispy outside, soft inside — probably freshly fried 🍟. They literally have piles of potatoes stacked in the hallway 😂. Recommend! • Coleslaw – Light, refreshing, great for cutting through the richness. 💡 Drink Tip: • Small → Large upgrade: only +$0.30 • Free refills if you dine in — help yourself to tea/water! 📍 B&B Smokehouse 2627 Pleasanton Rd, San Antonio, TX 78221 #AroundSanAntonio #SanAntonio #SanAntonioFood #SanAntonioEats
